Daily goals: Exercise. I've been doing pretty strenuous exercise for the past 9 days, so I might just take a walk today 64oz water 50 crunches
I have a question: How much do you exercise each week, and what kind of exercises do you do? I'm trying to justify to myself that it's ok to take a break once in a while.
On sf_domestics, meowmeowbutt posted a recipe for chai cupcakes. The only fat in them is 2oz of butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, and whatever frosting you choose to put on them, so that shouldn't be all that bad for you...for a cupcake, anyway :-p
I have a yummy breakfast fall recipe: pumpkin pancakes! Last year, I worked really hard to find cheap pumpkin pancakes from a restaurant. Not only are these pancakes easy to make, they're also low in fat as well.
